Visual aids are a benefit to the entire project team.  The ability to realistically view and study all aspects of a project in 3 dimensions offers multiple benefits to not only the Client, but the Design and Construction teams as well.  We see this as a crucial part of all projects, a precursor to the physical construction where character is revealed and where adjustments can be made at an early stage without significant cost + timing impacts.

The advancement in materials and new technologies makes now a prime time to take advantage of Sustainable initiatives.  From roofing to envelope performance, buildings now have the ability to be more environmentally friendly than ever.  Knowledgeable implementation and Design can be a huge benefit in reducing carbon footprint, increasing systems efficiency, often resulting in a more harmonious and enjoyable space.  Whether you decide to pursue formal certification or not, there are common sense design practices that we always aim for that benefit not only the building but the larger environment as well.

By no means does the Architects role end with Design.  A critical piece of the services we provide is to advise and aid both the Client and Contractor throughout the construction process.  Our team is well versed in field activities, and serve as guides to ensure that results are consistent and reflect the design intent.
